Kiderr SMS / Text Message Program

Overview

Kiderr offers an optional SMS text-message program for business owners (vendors) listed in our directory. If a vendor opts in, we send text notifications when a parent submits a party inquiry or quote request to their listing, and occasional account alerts. Providing a mobile number and opting in are both optional and are never required to create an account, list a business, or use Kiderr.

How to opt in (Call to Action)

Vendors opt in on kiderr.com by entering a mobile number and checking the consent box that appears beneath the phone field when (1) adding a new listing, (2) claiming an existing listing, or (3) editing their business profile. The box is unchecked by default. This is exactly what the consent checkbox looks like:

What messages you'll receive

• New party inquiry / quote request notifications for your listing.
• Account and listing alerts (e.g. claim status).

Sample message: "Kiderr: You have a new party inquiry. View & reply: https://kiderr.com/c/your-listing"

Message frequency & cost

Message frequency varies based on how many inquiries your listing receives. Message and data rates may apply. Kiderr does not charge for these messages; your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.

Opt out & help

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message — you'll receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent. Reply START to re-subscribe. For help, reply HELP or email hello@kiderr.com.
