A friend and I went for a great temporary non-profit art installation by The Plenary with delicious cocktails! Very good venue and a truly enjoyable, thought provoking event.

Folsom street foundry has game nights on Tuesdays and Thursdays which are a lot of fun. Usually $10 to get in but every third time you come is free. If you set up notifications on your phone you can find out when nights are free. They have game systems you can play ranging from rock band to rocket league to super smash brothers. The reason I give them a 4 is because they have no phone number, so when I left my credit card I sent an email but didn't hear back for two weeks. Then was charged a 20%

The Foundry in San Francisco is a hostile and blatantly racist venue where people of color are harassed and targeted without a second thought. Minutes after buying drinks, a roaming bartender aggressively tried to rip our drinks right out of our hands-drinks we had just paid for. When I instinctively held on to what was mine, the bartender immediately called over security, painting us as a problem while ignoring countless white patrons around us openly drinking and even holding drugs. Great place to catch a video game championship, a wrestling match or your favorite dj. Issa vibe.

Incredibly rude staff. They're in San Francisco and yet have homophobic staff. One individual in particular would sneer at any men that walked by, but then would shamelessly try to flirt with any women that walked by. It was disgusting. They should be banned from selling at events. I wouldn't purchase a drink from them if they were the last place on earth.
