Susan Kidwell and the rest of the Hensley team are fantastic partners for event rentals and tenting. For several years now, the Danielle Gibson Events team has worked with Hensley to create one of a kind experiences, some that have required creative thinking and troubleshooting. Hensley has always welcomed the challenge and has fabricated some beautiful pieces for our events. We look forward to working with Susan and the rest of the team on future events!

I wanted to give zero stars but it wouldn't let me. My dear friend just got married on Saturday at the Brazilian Room in Berkeley. The set up time was 2:30pm for a 4pm ceremony and 4:45 reception. When I arrived at 2:30 to set up the table displays, this rental company had delivered 3 of the 15 rectangular tables that were ordered. Repeated phone calls were made to find out when the tables would arrive. After finally reaching someone, the response was that they would be there within a half hou

My fiance is an event planner and from going with her and hearing the details, I can tell you from my own experience. Great customer service. Kinda pricey. But willing to work with you on pricing and will do their best to work around your budget, venue, and Arnie is willing to do the best he can to make the special day extra special with the least headaches. Can help draw you up a plan if you have the ideas and sizes and will work with you. Will be coming here to plan my own wedding.

There is a Hensley truck driving down highway 1 right now going ~15 - 20 miles an hour. There is approximately 40 car lined behind them, and they will not pull over in any turn outs (which is illegal). Hensley, please advise your drivers to not be so incredibly rude!!!

They need a better process for picking who drives trucks for them. Absolutely inconsiderate and careless and it's hurting their business
